Jonathan Kalehoff, MD
Dr. Jonathan Kalehoff serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in Birmingham, Alabama in the USA. He received his medical degree from the University of Florida and then moved to Birmingham where he completed his residency in Internal Medicine, serving as a Chief Medical Resident, and then stayed on at UAB to complete a three year fellowship in Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine. His role as a Clinician-Educator includes work in various clinical settings including the medical ICU, pulmonary consult service, tele-ICU, ventilator-weaning unit, and his General Pulmonary outpatient clinic. He has particular interests in medical education, working with teams to develop new educational curriculum for fellows, residents, and medical students. He has been passionate about Global Health work and education throughout his training and now hopes to promote collaborative partnerships through his work with the GC3. He currently lives in Birmingham with his beloved wife, Jackie.
