We are committed to improving clinical care and capacity building at our partner hospitals.  To this end, our dedicated members and their fellows rotate through these ICUs throughout the year to bring extensive critical care expertise.  We work collaboratively with our national partners to provide evidence based, high quality care that is appropriately contextualized for local resources and culture.  This work can include special training sessions such as ventilator management and point-of-care ultrasound.  By actively participating in these rotations, we also aim to alleviate the burden of clinical duties for our often under-staffed partners and free their time to focus on other pursuits, such as research, education, and leadership.  This collaborative approach not only bolsters the capacity of our partner hospitals but also fosters a culture of knowledge exchange, benefiting both our team and the medical community as a whole.
