Dr. Tony Nguyen received his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University and graduated from the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio.  He completed his internal medicine residency training at the University of Illinois at Chicago.  He then worked at a multispecialty clinic in Houston, Texas for 12 years before moving with his family to Kijabe, Kenya.  At Kijabe Hospital, he has served as the Head of Internal Medicine and Director of Adult ICU Services.  He has also chaired and served on various committees including the Critical Care Committee and Clinical Bioethics Committee.  His areas of interest include medical education and mentoring trainees.
